Please take a read. Below is our Refund Policy. Understanding this policy is important, as by subscribing to / sponsoring content available Ontheside, you are agreeing to these terms.

Who we are:

Ontheside.com services are provided by Ontheside, Inc. (hereinafter, Ontheside) which is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and operating under the laws of the USA. What you sponsor:

Ontheside.com will provide you opportunities to purchase passes to access digital content as well as message individuals or entities with profiles on the Ontheside platform. As you are purchasing access to content and messaging, all purchases are nonrefundable.

How your All-Access passes works:

Providers upload digital content to Ontheside.com and create a Paid Track (it’s like a container). A Consumer can then purchase an All-Access pass from Ontheside to access any and all content within Paid Tracks. What is included within each track will vary by Provider; it may be a podcast, a video on demand, or even a monthly newsletter within one Track or in different Tracks. Access fees are charged by period - by day, month, or monthly subscription - there are no refunds. If you have a subscription for ongoing content and decide to cancel your subscription, which you can do at any time, you will have access to the content within paid tracks for the remainder of your 30 day subscription period. At the end of the period, your access will be discontinued. Please note, there are no prorated refunds if you cancel your access mid period.

In addition, the account owner may provide direct messaging access as part of a sponsorship Track. If direct messaging is included as part of a sponsorship track and it is terminated, access to the direct messaging service will also discontinue in conjunction with the track.

Why the $1.00 USD transaction cost is nonrefundable:

Ontheside charges a nonrefundable $1.00 USD fee to cover credit card charges, tax systems, line items for the online store, accounting systems, hosting and other web services, and more. Since costs incurred are a result of the transaction, the $1 USD fee is nonrefundable.

Why the taxes paid to the government is nonrefundable:

We offer both one time and subscription-based access passes; taxes charged for purchases that month are paid to the government. Since the subscription is nonrefundable, all local, county, state, and federal taxes are included and paid to the respective US state and federal government bodies. In other countries, relevant Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or otherwise, is collected and paid to the appropriate government authorities.
